Stewart Treharne was born and brought up in Stepaside and has been married to Elizabeth for 23 years. Employed for 24 years in the water industry he has realised his lifelong ambition to become a funeral director. He has recently passed his Foundation Certificate in funeral directing and is currently studying for his Diploma. He feels that staff training is an important and worthwhile part of the company values | |
| Elizabeth was born in Bridgend, Glamorgan and moved to Pembrokeshire in 1972 with her family. She and Stewart have two teenage children, Daniel and Charlotte. Elizabeth handles the administration of the business. |

| Graham Thomas was born in Pembroke Dock and worked in the family business of E.C. Thomas and Son alongside his father and mother, Mr and Mrs E.Thomas. Having built a close relationship with the community over many years, Graham is still involved in the day-to-day running of the business. |
